it became easier for me to accept the nicer, positive things in life again once my outlook changed. i have a lot i'm going through but i can finally experience something that feels like acceptance regarding anything happy instead of focusing on the fact that it is finite, like all things in life are. ultimately, that's not something healthy to fixate on. at all. hah
