this is like a new kind of depression where its like not only feelings of that but in addition to that the feeling of self awareness. like actively being in a slump and then realizing youre in that slump and youw anna get out but you just kind of cant. its a really uniquely harrowing feeling that makes me very almost violently aware of my condition and how either it would take a lot of work to change that or maybe i just couldnt altogether.
